Website speed optimization that starts with measuring
Guessing at speed fixes wastes money. We start by measuring your key pages, such as the homepage, top landing pages, product pages and checkout, on the devices your customers actually use. Then we rank the problems by how much time each one costs your visitors.
The usual suspects are oversized images, too many plugins or apps, third-party scripts like chat widgets and trackers, slow hosting and fonts that block the page. Most sites get much faster from targeted fixes, without a rebuild.
Fix Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP and CLS
Core Web Vitals are Google's measures of how a page feels to use. Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) is how quickly the main content shows up. Interaction to Next Paint (INP) is how quickly the page responds to a tap or click. Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) is how much the page jumps around while it loads.
We fix each one at the source: preloading and compressing the hero image for LCP, breaking up long-running scripts for INP, and reserving space for images, ads and embeds for CLS. Then we check the real-user numbers, not just a one-off lab test.
Faster sites on WordPress, Shopify and custom builds
On WordPress we trim plugins, fix the theme, add proper caching and tune the database. On Shopify we cut app bloat and heavy theme code. On Next.js and custom sites we look at rendering, bundles and data fetching. If the honest answer is that a rebuild or a hosting move will do more, we'll say so and explain the trade-off.
- Before-and-after numbers for every fix
- No rebuild unless it's truly the better option
- Ongoing checks with managed hosting
