Do I have to move my site to you?

Only if you want us to host it. Migration is free, and we do it outside business hours.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. If you ever leave, we hand over a full export and help you move.

Can you host a site you didn't build?

Yes. We review it first and tell you honestly if anything needs fixing before it moves, and what that would cost.

What happens if my site goes down?

Monitoring alerts us, not you. We look into it straight away and tell you what happened, what we did and what stops it happening again.

What do website maintenance services include?

Updates, backups, security, monitoring and the small content changes that come up, done by the team that knows your site. Larger new work is quoted separately.
